The Master's Message

My brethren, it is an honor and pleasure to address you from the east again. Our lodge has endured challenges and difficulties, now standing shoulder to shoulder, as generations of masons have done before us, we will overcome any and all of the roadblocks that may impede our recovery. That is my message to you, and I am thankful and appreciative of your vote of confidence, tasking me once more to lead the lodge. A lodge draws its strength from its members and its officers, and I am heartened by the support and commitment exhibited by our members in the face of the current challenges. Our officers have displayed remarkable forethought and dedication and showed an immense eagerness to serve and give generously of their time. Their guidance and support will further illuminate the road to recovery and prosperity of our lodge. The task ahead of us has been made even easier by the skillful management of the Lodge past Masters who have done an admirable job in steering our affairs in a manner worthy of much praise. To the members, officers, and our past Masters I say: A hearty thank you for a job well done! Your continued involvement, dedication, and support will be crucial to our success in the journey ahead of us. My intention is to draw on our collective wisdom and skills to conduct the business of the lodge. Whether members, officers, or past Masters, your input is highly appreciated and sought by me. Together we can set the right course. Together we will continue the practice of our heritage and tradition and our rituals in an atmosphere of enduring trust and abiding commitment. My brethren: I want to conclude by assuring you that this line is committed to serve you, the members, this, community, to the best of their abilities and skills. You have my resolute promise that our lodge will be moving forward in the right direction and thriving as it did for the many generations that came before, and for the benefit of the many generations yet to come.
